This store is horrible when it comes to mobile orders. The purpose of me ordering ahead mobily is so that when I get there the food should be ready but unfortunately it never is unless I go to the one in Pacific Beach.

2nd time that I received my food cold, cheese not melted and the fries was disgustingly cold and greasy. I would not trust eating at this location, it seriously lacks food safety.

Wow. I just waited on the drive thru lane at the microphone for 5 minutes but the guy didn't want to take my order because the guy in front of me decided to go to the windows to order instead of the microphone. Trouble is there were 3 cars waiting for their order in front of him.
5 minutes is too long to wait. I went to bk around the corner and had my meal in 2 minutes.

I enjoy getting breakfast from Wendy’s because their breakfast is better than any other fast food chains’. However this location never seems to have their food cooked an hour after they open. It’s always, “I’d like the breakfast baconator please” and them saying “is no ready yet” then I ask for two little breakfast sandwich’s and I have to wait out front for an extra five minutes. You’d think an hour after opening they would have their menu ready.

Well damm even trying to get a hold of customer care sucks I order no salt fries besides the salt they wer old not even hot it was bad they wer rushing me thru I dont understand how hard is it to fallow the dam order
Wendy's is one of last very few places that one can actually eat out within 10 to 13$ range and a good tasting fast food and feel full.
The offers are a real good deal in Wendy's app. Even if you go Wendy's once a month, you will still find a good offer.
The service was a bit slow (maybe due to mobile orders + dine in orders. but the workers were courteous, appeared to do their best prepping the food and even when the orders were slower, the guy left his point of sale station and came asked the customers if everything was Ok and if we needed anything. The place was clean.
Was in to buy for to-go. Staff and service was ok. Not the cleanest one. No ketchup.
