Was in to buy for to-go. Staff and service was ok. Not the cleanest one. No ketchup.

Same old there at Wendy's. Bad service. No customers. The employees do not care. Today, Silvia gave me some totally bad service. She just doesn't like her job, I guess.
Obviously that place is losing money.
Try Arby's across the street. They are great!

This Wendy's is thebworst Wendy's in san diego I live off Rosecrans and I have to drive all the way to pacific Beach location bc this location on midway is horrible forget the customer service which is bad. The burgers are terrible and Wendy's have great burgers they give you old stale bread for double stacks and Dave Burger. The whole staff should be fired, retrained, and monitoring their staff at all times. I'm warning you do not go there at all waste of money. The young Mexican guy at the windows is a jerk,Inconsiderate,rude,do not smile are greet you it's ridiculous they let them work there. The older Mexican women who is a manager has change her ways she was so rude and seem like she hated her job as a management, she is doing better and very welcoming with a smile now so you can tell someone hire up retrained her and tighten her up. I do secret shopping in so many locations from restaurants,malls,grocery stores even car dealer ships and this is bad and should be fixed immediately. I warned you don't go there you will be highly disappointed and don't be afraid to ask for a refund
Never going to get min wage raised for fast food workers with dimwits like the employees working at this location. Constant mistakes on basic orders along with long wait, with no courtesy or apology when they make you wait forever. They told me to park to the side and would bring out order when was ready, and sat there for 20 minutes while 6 other cars got their food. Unacceptable
If you don’t have a car and it’s late you’re out out of luck if you want Wendy’s. No accommodations to someone who doesn’t have a car that’s accessible

The woman pictured was very rude and had very bad customer service. Her comprehension was also bad at taking my order. It's expected at this Wendy's though because they have a few rude employees that work here. The management needs to do a better job of what kind of people they hire.

Staff is friendly but this is probably one of the worst run fast food places I’ve been to. Went there in the morning with little traffic. Very short drive through line and almost nobody in the store. Somehow the only person before me has waited 25 minutes for his order. Took me 15+ minutes as well. Bathroom has no supply at all and floor is watery.

They asked me to pull out of the drivethru to wait for my order when there were no cars behind me. I sat for 10 minutes and 5 other cars came and went. They finally brought me out a cold bag of burgers. Awful employees who are probably gaming the clock that tracks them on the drive thru.

Food was what you'd expect. The service though was awful. Missing a sauce and ketchup for my order. When we asked for it, the lady grabbed a handful of ketchup and passed it through the window aggressively and then slammed the window door shut. If you had given the sauce to us like we had asked when we ordered our food, we wouldn't have needed to bother you. Terrible customer service. So inconvenienced by something so trivial. We were the ones inconvenienced, not you. You get paid to give us our order properly. Terrible experience. I guess that's okay when you're paid above minimum wage to act like a child.

Aromas that will take you back to the days of sweaty phys ed lockers mixed with just the right amount of Midway/Sports Arena area walking dead stench are just the first things that hit you if you enter the fast food place. Hold your breath as they take your order and wait on your food as you lose your appetite. Use the drive-thru. Order ahead.
