Not happy went in to get the 1 dollar single and the 2 dollar double like the commercial says and when we went to pay it was full price and I asked them about it all they said is we needed to have points on the app my friend went in before and he got them for 1 dollar so I'm pissed off I hate miss leading adds and I hope people read this.

Based on my experiences here, the food has been decent. I've had items come out dry and not that good. I've had my order fulfilled inaccurately. Customer service hasn't been the best either. Overall, not the best spot and could use improvements on food quality/freshness, customer service, and accuracy checks for orders.

I was having such a great day, until I came to this Wendy’s location. They girl in they drive through had they worst attitude I have ever seen in a restaurant. She needs to get coached by her manager on what customer service is. If she can’t do her job then let her go. I ordered my food at 535pm on October 4th 2023. So whoever that girl is, needs to know she ruin my day

To day I had a carelessly made Dave's Single Combo. I ordered it on the app just outside the. eatery. In the time it took to make sure my car was secure and walk inside my order was ready. My burger while visually unappealing was tasty. I love it that Wendy's doesn't peel thier potatoes, which to me makes a superior fry. Now it I could get them to serve them HOT. The resturant had pop music playing in the background. I felt that even even with the $2 off offer $9.36 is way to much to pay for a quarter pound burger medium fries and medium drink. The service was adequate but not friendly. Other than that not a terrible dinning experience.
Nothing correct. Order a biggie bag meal. No nuggets, no sauce. 3 frostys. All melted. This happens way too often. Never again at wendys on Navajo rd in San Carlos. The lady taking order was

Service is the worst they mess up our orders all the time and won't comp us for their screw ups 2 different times in the drive trough this has happened I won't be going back they couldn't even give us a legitimate receipt for our order. Spare yourself the headache and go to McDonald's around the corner.
