I finally tried Wetzel's Pretzels. After having a delicious sample of the Sinful Cinnamon treat from a nice young man out front of the shop on Tuesday, I decided it was time to give this place a try when I came back to the mall on Saturday afternoon. First off, I had quite a disappointing experience at the counter due to the staff's rude behavior and condescending attitude towards my questions. The staff made the visit unpleasant for both myself and other customers. This was my first time ordering and there was no visible menu other than the one directly in front of the cash register which cannot be seen until it's your turn to order. When I had to pause and look at the tiny menu it was clear that annoyed the staff. I felt like walking out because of the treatment but I ended up ordering anyway. One thing that made me nervous was that most of the items were already cooked and then placed inside a glass display warmer. I was worried that the food would not taste fresh but that was not the case at all. I ordered the jalapeño cheese dog that has jalapeños with hot, baked cheese melted over the all-beef Wetzel Dog. This was quite delicious and fresh. We also ordered the Dog Bites which are the bite-sized version of their Wetzel Dog and they were also fresh, warm and tasty. Seating was scare since it was a Saturday and raining. We struggled to find a covered table but eventually found one and got in with others seeking to stay dry. It was a bit loud but that's to be expected when you have everyone in the food court crowded together. I enjoyed the food very much and there are other things I'd like to try sometime. I will go to Wetzel's again but not this location unless I see different people working behind the register.

At the mall today. The opener opened door, secured the bottom latch to the outside of the dirty door and proceeded to roll the dough with the same gloves he used to open the door. When I asked for the manager I was directed to him, as he is the assistant manager.

Very arrogant service and unfriendly. Food served is not fresh. Even when I asked, lady said it will be like that only. For such an expensive pretzel, bare minimum expectations are not met. I will never again will buy from this company.Vegetarian options: Totally not recommended for vegetarian as they mix with meat when organizing and storing. Not clean practices.

The service was horrible I wasn’t done ordering and the lady yelled “NEXT” very loudly and didn’t ask me if that was all. The pretzels were cold and burnt. I had to pay 23$ for three pretzels that’s we cold and burnt.

Get the bits or the pretzels anything that sells fast and doesn't sit like the hot dogs because instead of replacing them their workers leave them to sit and gave me food poisoning that made me go to the bathroom 15 or more times a day for the last 3 days putting me in the hands of urgent care.

Service was kinda frustrating. girl working the counter at 2:00 was rushing so fast I can't even say what I want to order she just cuts me off before I can even finish what I'm saying. This was probably my 4th time being at this location and I always give the benefit of the doubt but today was just enough for me.
I decided to stop by for a quick snack for my daughter, what a mistake that was. I got a cinnamon pretzel with the lemonade, the pretzel was hard, dry and cold the guy who actually seemed like he was the manager didn't even butter the pretzel. That would have made it a little more edible. I was a little skeptical going in too because there was mass production of all pretzels, on a Wednesday evening? Pretzels we're definitely not fresh so I feel bad for anyone else coming in for a pretzel. I was just frustrated because I payed $12 for a drink and a hard dry pretzel!

Visited the Wetzel's Pretzels on the bottom floor on the 18th and Greta happily served the person in front of me and my kids, and gave that person a free Pizza Bites. That already threw me off because why should I have to pay but they don't... Anyways, I finally got to order and I ordered some Pizza Bites. She tells me she doesn't have anymore and won't be making anymore for us. What kind of food place, doesn't make food for their customers... Just thought it was strange and that Greta's management should be aware. Won't be coming back to this location.

I visited Wetzel Pretzel at Fashion Valley Mall on a Thursday afternoon, hoping to grab a quick snack. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. The line was unorganized and chaotic, with employees not paying attention to customers.I ordered a jalapeño pretzel, and my friend ordered a sinful cinnamon pretzel. My pretzel was burnt at the bottom and hard as a rock. It was completely inedible. My friend's pretzel wasn't burnt, but it was still hard and difficult to eat.To make matters worse, we also ordered a lemonade that tasted like it had been watered down. We couldn't even eat the pretzels and ended up throwing them away, what a waste of $18!Overall, our experience at Wetzel Pretzel was a complete disaster. We will definitely not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else!

purchased the cinnamon bitz and for the 3 time I have to pay $2.04 for glaze otherwise I am denied to receive it. The dough is highly tough to chew and to make it worst, burnt. Prices aren’t at all worth such bad quality.Also why am I “require” to pay for such mediocre amount of glaze?
