I was super appalled with apparently the Manager Michael G. He was completely rude over the phone and actually hung up my sister and then after my brother called back he said that my brother was being rude due to him speaking up. I placed an order for 10 bone out garlic parm wings. I got way over cooked crispy bone in plain. I called to see if there was a mix up and kept getting transferred and out on hold. No one wanted to help.
