I took my family to San Diego for spring break. After a long flight we stop by this location for a bite to eat. Kathrin took my order and got everything wrong. We waiting a very long time and still it was wrong! Under cooked food, missing items, sloppy packaging etc. It was so bad I asked for a refund which has to this day not been credited to my debit card. I spent $87.53 I’ve been calling the store since April 5th but still no refund. I spoke with the general manager Mr. Ray Dyer who implied that he’d take care of it. I emailed him my receipt with all the information. I feel as if I’ve been robbed. I’ll continue to try and get my hard earned money back.

Waited 45 minutes for two 6 piece combos, no trashcan in the store so people left trash everywhere, many customers were receiving the wrong food. Then when food came is was just alright.

When we came to this establishment the night crew was playing ratchet music and twerking while cooking. The floor was oily and slippery and just a mess. We waited more than 30 minutes while the man behind me got his food first. After all that to feed a family of four our food was wrong. We asked for boneless chicken and we most definitely had bone it. Asked for extra seasoning seemed like it was extra oil they charged me extra for extra seasoning which is crazy. The fry’s had way much seasoning and my mother Is diabetic. Im highly disappointed We spent $50 and it wasn’t worth it at all.

Overall, pretty good. But, at $13 for 3 chicken tenders (including fries and a drink), I should be able to get a plastic knife to eat the chicken like a civilized person (they do provide forks). One thing that did stand out was that you have options other than the regular fires without additional cost. I've only had the fries a few times but I'm not impressed (you do get plenty of them though). Otherwise, the food is excellent and the staff is great.

Visit date 02/15/24 ordered at 1:15 pm I can’t even rate the service for atmosphere. They don’t deserve even one star. I came here to have a quick lunch with my son after picking him up from school, because he loves Wingstop. A lady took our order who was very rude and annoyed. She even answered the phone in the middle of us giving her our order after taking our order she told us it would be 20 to 25 minutes which I was pretty shocked at I went to go sit down, and all the tables were completely filthy, full of trash and peoples food from before. There was nowhere for me, and I sent to sit, finally there was a table in my son and I went and wiped down the table so we had somewhere to sit. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food and in those 45 minutes the employees had friends, family or other people come in and they were visiting with them . One one employee was walking around talking on his phone. We finally got our food as the fries were good. The wings that we ordered were absolutely disgusting. We ate our food and then we left and as we were leaving with the employees was outside in front of the store smoking weed now I don’t judge anybody that wants to smoke weed but doing it in your work clothes in front of your workplace I feel is totally unprofessional. I will never be going back to this Wingstop location again. As a person that works in customer service this is absolutely not acceptable. Somebody needs to either step in and The store they need new employees and new management. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that was as bad as this..

I placed a pick-up order for 3 pm. My husband arrived at 2:45 and he ended up leaving at 4:15 with no food. We were at first told there would be a 15 minute wait, and then 30. Instead, he left empty handed. They marked the order as completed on the app so I couldn’t cancel and get a refund. I attempted to call the store and was hung up on 4 times. The 5th call was where I spoke to someone. It sounded like a young girl that answered the phone and she was very rude. She passed the phone to the general manager who was very short over the phone as well. Customer service here sucks. Service sucks. I understand being short-staffed or busy but an hour and 15 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready and still not having food is crazy. Especially considering I placed that order this morning to ensure it would get completed. Poor management and disappointing service from a chain I really love. I hope they get their lives together soon. If I don’t have my refund in the next couple of days, I plan to contact corporate and let them know the extent of these issues.

I used to come a lot but the last time I came they were super dirty, girl with long hair was scratching her scalp and the other shirt Mexican girl was on her phone plus they messed up my order big time and I didn’t say anything . This time I ordered DoorDash pick up and I ordered tenders. When I checked my order they gave me Buffalo boneless wings . When I told her she messed up my order again she said it’s because they don’t have anymore tenders . The other girl was still on her phone on FaceTime . I miss the old staff . These girls need to go mannnn

Me and my family have been regular costumers of this store for the last 3 years. Besides being a costumer I’m also a delivery driver, never had an issue with that for the last 3 years until the last few months.The store is absolutely under staff, every shift including evenings, weekends and holidays. The waiting time is between 35 minutes and an hour which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant and they never actually tell you for real how long is it gonna take. They always say 10 minutes.The General Manager (as he called himself) is always either chatting with people or smoking weed outside on the parking lot instead of being helping in the kitchen to the rest of the staff that are always covered on orders.The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, I don’t even wanna think on how their kitchen looks like.While you wait for orders you can also see several people that goes in to place an order and after 20 minutes of nobody helping them out they just walk out.I’m absolutely never coming back to this store, as a costumer or as a driver, neither is any of my family members or friends. A store like this should be taking care of their costumers, we bring big business to this places. Just because we are REPRESENTING a costumer doesn’t mean you can mistreat us. We ARE the costumer, picking up orders for others or for ourselves.Please people stop sending your drivers to this store and if you’re picking up for yourself, sit tight and expect a 30 minutes delay even after your pick up time.
