I placed a pick-up order for 3 pm. My husband arrived at 2:45 and he ended up leaving at 4:15 with no food. We were at first told there would be a 15 minute wait, and then 30. Instead, he left empty handed. They marked the order as completed on the app so I couldn’t cancel and get a refund. I attempted to call the store and was hung up on 4 times. Overall, pretty good. But, at $13 for 3 chicken tenders (including fries and a drink), I should be able to get a plastic knife to eat the chicken like a civilized person (they do provide forks). One thing that did stand out was that you have options other than the regular fires without additional cost. I've only had the fries a few times but I'm not impressed (you do get plenty of them though). Otherwise, the food is excellent and the staff is great.
