That's the very first time I've ever eaten there. And that'll be my last time! The signs on the window are false advertisements. And the menu, it should have in small writing that you have to buy so many wings to not make your meal a combo 👎🏼

Store hours say that they open at 10:30. Been waiting here for over 40mins and have personally seen at least 10 customers walk away because the General Manager never showed up or called to open the store.

Placed my order online . Said it would be ready in 20 minutes got to the store to pick up order and they barely started making it. So waited another 25 minutes for food to be ready. And it wasn’t busy when I walked in.
the customer service is horrible the guy with glasses working right now if unprofessional and very rude if he hates his job this much he should quit I’ve never been to an establishment so disgusting and rude omg I will never return here just for his customer service horrible my fries where horrible barley any fries at any wing stop they would never but this wing stop needs to be shut down asap

I ordered a pick up order and I found a napkin in my voodoo fries. Kinda looks and feels like it was fried along with the fries. Rest of the order was fine.

Only go here if you want half your order missing. Only to realize when you get home. Then be told you can only get what you payed for (no refund) if you drive back with everything. No compensation offered or given even after asking. Seeing as the incompetence of the store is the root of the problem it was a very annoying process to simply waste my money and time.

Terrible customer service at this location, employees do not acknowledge customers in line and provide little to no information about the status of orders. I placed an orders for pick up an hour in advance and 30 minutes after the designated pick time I am still waiting. Person working the register was blunt and rude when I asked about the wait time. I’m disappointed bc the food is great but this wait time and treatment is horrible.

First nobody in the cashier I have to say hello to workers inside and when the sleepy guy came i ordered 1 large voodoo fries with extra cheese
And he charged me and when i got my order as you see in the picture they supposed not put paper plate or double plates I’m not ordering chemical food 😆 and they put little bit fries compared with large fries and little bits of cheese and i asked him to put more cheese because they charge me for extra cheese and he said no that’s how we make it and i don’t care about how you make it because that’s not true i ordered alot from national city store wingstop and they are the best
