Entered this establishment on a Sunday evening and there were 3 persons behind the register, none of them greeted myself or anyone that walked in after me. I ordered my food an hour in advanced to be picked up at 4:50 pm and when I came to get it they told me 15 more minutes. I came back about 10 min later and she told me 10 more but really ended up being 20. While sitting in the store I observed mess on the floors, customers not being greeted, and overflowing trash cans. Ordered well done but was regular.

Waited a while and asked to use the Restroom, was told NO! It’s for paying customers lol Really what did I just paid for then? So I am Not a Customer??? Also asked for the cajun spices on the side not on fries and it came on the fries now daughter can’t share them due to allergic Guy at the counter with a huge nose rings said can’t you just eat it? Refused to replace them 1st time and last time here Shameless Store! Recite shows I am a paying customer Update while waiting for my son pizza maybe 5 mins later the guy with nose ring came and said he will replace it for me That’s good so I will change my review since he looked for me

Not only do they take a very long time to get the order out but they also aren't open when they're supposed to be. It's supposed to open at 10:30am. The pos system is on but the doors weren't open.

They told me my food would be ready in 15 to 20 min. It's been over 30. I've been subjected to 3 Ricky Martin songs in that time. No one has ordered or picked up food in the time I've been waiting. How long could it take to make one chicken sandwich?

I was very excited about getting some chipotle fries for me and my son, when I told the cashier my food wasn’t quite done all the way they got very upset and told me my food was done and to take it or leave it, I really wish they could have remade my order or given me a refund.

This place is the worst. I got a wing combo that came with 2 sauces and paid extra for a 3rd and received no sauce at all. I also ordered the fries extra well with extra seasoning and received soggy fries with no seasoning at all.

Dirty resturant, I literally just wiped down the table and the floor is a mess all the other tables are bad. Literally just paid for 15 price for two. Before the order the cashier told us that her colleague was on their break no biggie.... said it would be a order at least 20 minutes out. When I asked to use the restroom I was told no and the the restroom is not in service. I can understand not letting patrons use the rest room but a paying customer. This lady is ridiculous. Wing stop you need to do better.Half of the chicken was cooked the other half needed to be kept in the oil a little longer
