Absolutely terrible customer service. They tried to replace french fries with corn, and when I asked why they said they were out of french fries even though they just opened. I told the manager I wanted a refund, they proceeded to pay me back $50 in all one dollar bills!

I just went here to grab dinner because I was in the area. I ordered a 6pc boneless chicken combo. I think there were only 4 employees there total and they left the register unmanned for periods of time while I waited. I waited a long while for my order and I’m not impressed. My fries came out very salty like they took a palm of it and sprinkled it on top, chicken flavor is good but they were small pieces, and my soda is mostly syrup because their soda machine sprays the carbonated water.

Kitchen can’t follow directions. Chicken is not cooked to standard. Choose another location. They’re too focused on moving too fast rather than paying attention to what the customer is ordering.Came here and got lemon pepper and the order I received barely had any lemon pepper seasonings. When I came back to tell them what was wrong with my order I was rudely cut off by Raul. Abby stepped in and made sure my order was corrected after I had to wait an additional eight minutes.I attached a picture of the second order Abby helped me with. I didn’t get a picture of the order that I returned. The fact I had to wait 20+ for the order to come out looking like a normal Wingstop order is crazy. Check your food before you leave.

This Wingstop location does not meet the standards expected of a dining establishment. Despite my usual enjoyment of dining at Wingstop, my recent experience at this particular branch has been disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one attending to the front counter, leading to prolonged wait times before being attended to. The staff members, upon taking orders, were noticeably impolite. Furthermore, the interior of the building was unclean, with food debris scattered across the floors and sticky tables. Patrons should anticipate lengthy waits of over an hour for their orders. Additionally, inconsistencies were observed regarding the accessibility of the restroom, as it was initially claimed to be closed to customers, yet later accessed by another patron upon request.

Whew it seems like every wingstop I try here in the San Diego area there’s at a minimum 30 min wait on your food. This facility were smaller than its neighboring locations so most people were just standing around outside of the restaurant, it wasn’t a good look. Limited on wing flavors, not all locations have the same flavors. The food was made fresh and it was good.

I will not order at this place again there was a long wait and a disabled man needed to use the bathroom and they didn't let him use that not right in any way possible to see that wing stop doesn't care for ppl wen ppl made them who they are they need to get more ppl working there and have a some type of restroom for customers they will never get my money again till they fix that

The two Wingstop locations in Lincoln Park and National City are so understaffed, you wait longer than necessary to place an order. Then when you do make an order it isn't right. Twice no lemon pepper rub on the wings. Can't be bothered to drop fresh fries. And you're lucky you get the sauce you order as well . This will be the last time I visit. Do better.

Idk why every wingstop location sucks. Believe the reviews. My biggest concern is ordering online or on the phone, they say it’s ready and when I arrive I still have to wait an hour. Also this last order the chicken tasted stinky. Definitely not coming back after

I placed an order online for $50 when I arrived to pick it up I was told it was a 2 hour wait when online it says it was ready for pick up first that’s false information and second 2 hour wait is ridiculous. Online the only option to cancel was to call the store so I called and after a long wait on hold I asked the manager to cancel my order and give me a refund she told me she couldn’t cancel or issue any refunds that she had no authority to do so, then hung up on me. This is very rude and unprofessional if they couldn’t handle making food in a timely manner they shouldn’t take orders.

its states they are open till 12 but its 7:51 and the doors are locked. i saw a worker lock the door and leave. They also only accept cash. Its 2024, where they do that at???
