The bowl they served pho in kept the broth nice and hot for the duration of the meal, which is a plus. However, with it being so hot, I guess it's hard for the server to deliver the bowl without rushing to place it on the table. The result? Hot broth spilled on the table and onto my partner without an apology. The server saw it but just rushed away. Pho broth...
