I didn't have the best experience with the customer service. The dole whip was pretty good and refreshing, but I got so much attitude from the guy working. He was really impatient with me, whenever I paused on the size of yogurt or flavor, he walked away. I asked him what toppings he recommended. He said you just choose. Thank you... maybe it was an off day for him.

The service is great and everyone's really friendly but they got my order wrong, the rocky road isn't very good, and the waffle is really dry. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Had soft serve with waffle. Ice cream tasted delicious and the waffle was fresh. We were group of 13 and the employee was polite. Had good time and would visit again.

Wasn't impressed with selection of yogurt flavors and topping varieties. They mainly had boba and a couple different candies.The chamango tasted mostly like chamoy, not much mango. (Not bad but not the best out there)The Purple Kiss was the best item there that we tried (but again, not the best out there)

Went in today the place looks filthy the guy sitting there was slouching playing on his phone. He got upset because I questioned the serving sizes medium cup Looked like a children’s serving. He was miserable I think he hates his job. Go Elsewhere !!!
