There was a bit of a mess up with my order, which he took full responsibility for, was very apologetic, and he went over and beyond to rectify the situation. He clearly values his position and the Charlie's brand. Thank you Eric! I truly felt valued as a customer and will definitely be back. “I moved to Pomona from Horsham in Montgomery County Pennsylvania (Philly suburbs) in July for veterinary school. I just ordered a cheesesteak and an Italian hoagie. I’m honestly not even finished eating it yet, but I couldn’t wait to tell you how amazing everything is. I’ve been so homesick and struggling with my move, and this food is seriously curing my depression haha. Best meal I’ve had in California. Thank you!“
