Amazing and very good. We had been wanting to come here for a while and today after so many years living out here we finally decided to stop by. We were seated right away and they also accommodated our stroller. The host was super nice and kind and asked us for our drinks. Our server came by right away and asked if we were ready. She took our order and then refilled our coffees and water while we waited. The food came out in a timely manner and let me tell you it was sooo good. My hubby's sirloin dish was the bomb. The steak was juicy and tender and the Mexican potatoes were amazing. I had the hotcakes with bacon and eggs and added hashbrowns. It was so much food that I ended up taking two pancakes home. The portions are so big but it is worth every buck and not too pricey. I appreciated the great service we received from our server. I didn't get her name but I will for sure ask her next time . The inside is so cute reminds me of an old Italian restaurant and appreciate the stained glass. That is a beautiful piece of art that isn't so common anymore. Next time I will also try the chilaquiles.

James Restaurant has been there for many years. Now that it has a new owner. I could see the improvements in food, new upholstery in the booths, good courteous service. We had breakfast there. It was excellent.

I used to go to this restaurant 40 years ago. Went with my friend today and the interior had been redone with new seating, paint, and a bright look inside. The place was busy, but we were able to have a nice conversation. The waitress was nice and took our drink order and then the food order. I had the Eggs Benedict. It came with hash browns. My friend had the pancakes with sausage, bacon and hash browns. We both enjoyed our food and there was plenty to eat. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The owner is very bad, very rude and has no respect for the customers, they do not serve the tables, they have a bad attitude and all the employees have long nails and handle food, the owner is very very rude, I do not recommend that place...And the owner He told them that the $90 we should put the money in our buttocks.

The service was horrible. The server did not get the order correct. Gabby was very unprofessional. She offered us coffee with a very rude attitude. We had waited 30 minutes for our check and the check was never brought to us. When we went to the front to ask for our check and pay. Gabby yelled at us and said she had gone to our table. I said yes you did and asked if we wanted coffee with an attitude. I had asked another waitress for our check. We paid and there was another customer behind us and told Gabby that they had been waiting for their check as well. I commented to my friend that we were not the only ones that did not get our checks. We walked out the doors and Gabby came chasing after us instead of attending the customer she had. She attacked us and was yelling very aggressively and said why do I need your $90. $90 is not worth us cleaning tables. Then I said well we won't be coming back. We are customers that go very often. Gabby said we can stick the $90 up her butt. She doesn't care or needs our business. Gabby is one of the owners and that is the least we have to spend. We spend $150 many times and 2 to 3 times a month for an owner to be very unprofessional and very vulgar. If she treats repeated costumers in this manner. Maybe Gabby should not be in that service. She treats service families in such a way. Gabby as well as some other waitresses DO NOT WEAR GLOVES LIKE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIRES WITH ACRYLIC NAILS AND NAIL POLISH. I will make sure the health department is aware of their unhealthy habits.

I probably went in at the wrong time, the floors were messy in my area due to a lot of families enjoying Sunday brunch. A comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Our waitress was nice and chatted with us for a bit. You won't find this service anywhere else.
