The food is really good and tasty, using high-quality, healthy ingredients that taste fresh and well-prepared, not mass-produced. The chilaquiles are excellent and delicious, and the gorditas with chicharrones are the standout, with the chicharron seasoned perfectly. The birria egg rolls are FIRE, and the handmade tortillas are amazing and tasty. The flan is dense and flavorful, and the salsas are so delicious. The cafe de olla was so so. The restaurant is very clean and tiny, with 2 inside tables and 1 outside table. The service is great, fantastic, and super friendly, with attentive staff. The masa is delicious, and they bring out a salsa flight. The food is worth the wait as they make orders fresh.
