She had her hair down and her nails down, it didn't matter if she grabbed everything with her hand like that.
The treatment was super terrible, the attitude threw everything away, I asked him if he would put the cereal on the side and he twisted his mouth.

I'm trying to contact the owner or the main manager of the store but I can't find the number I had a problem at the store with one of the employees I went with my parents they came from Mexico to visit. I wanted to buy them ice cream and more stuff but the girl that it was working at that time was very rude. I had to leave without buying anything.

First off, this place is weird. They have 5-6 employees on slow days, and I’m busy days this place has 1-2 employees.And this place is unsanitary for kids or small children. At least wipe down the tables. I can’t even imagine how the back room looks. I don’t like this place, definitely overrated.Go to 31 flavors….you get what you pay for.

How do you explain to a child that there isn't any snow they want when they themselves are seeing it in the refrigerator? This happened to us today July 30, 2023. My child wanted cookies and cream snow and according to the person who served us there was none, when we were literally looking at it in the refrigerator. The reason he gave us was that he didn't want to undo the decoration because that was for the next day. I would understand if we had arrived 10 minutes before closing but it was 6:30 pm. Now if they didn't want to sell it, why not take it out of the refrigerator?
