Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

$7 after 7 p.m. on Friday is hard to beat, the new cookie dough flavor taste like spice cookie (Seculatius) so good.

My favorite location. Never had an issue with the staff and most importantly, the cleanliness. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the fact their flavor listings are inconsistent with their listings on the app.

I arrived at 10:10 PM on Saturday, 7/5, and was told they were already closing. As someone who used to work in food service, I’m always mindful not to show up right before closing time, so I made sure to check the posted hours beforehand. It’s frustrating that they closed earlier than the hours listed both online and on their door. Not sure how that’s allowed.

I checked online before coming and they showed that they had availability on dulce de leche. I drove 20 minutes for this location, and unfortunately they don't have it. When I asked you cash here she said the machine is broken. I call that false advertisement.

Ordered through DoorDash a large dole-whip and dolce instead I got a small Dulce and a medium mango with a note apologizing saying they were out of dole whip. What I don’t I understand is giving me less of the flavor I did ask and randomly deciding that I wanted mango instead of calling me and asking me what I wanted or giving me a large Dulce. If you could t call me you could have waited for the dasher and contacted me through him. This was very unprofessional and lacked common sense and critical thinking. Very disappointing

Was the first customers in the store lol in I walked out of there with two tasty treats and only spent 67 cents very great very tasty

The people working here are just the kindest. I live closer to a different munchie’s but like to drive further just to visit here! They always have the best flavors and I leave so happy. BEST MENCHIES

This is my favorite Menchies by far! Great customer service and their flavors are always updated and delicious! They have lots of seating and they even have a party room! How fun! Definitely a great place in the lovely community of San Fernando!

Nice clean spot good flavors and toppings my only complain was the worker at the register i literally had to ask for spoons a lid and a bag yikes, i deserved an employee discount at that point ?

If you sign up your phone number after a few visits you can earn $5 to redeem on your next visit . Plenty of frozen yogurt flavors and plenty of toppings from cookies , candy and fresh fruit . They also offer different syrups to sweeten it up .

The ice creams are very delicious, they just preferred the Burbank branch, they have more variety and the service is better. This headquarters seems abandoned.

I took my grandson for a yogurt treat. I notice the store was clean, organized and well stocked with toppings. New owners and they gave the right idea of customer service; how can they help. My grandson was treated like a customer, he enjoyed his yogurt and sticker, and I’m coming back again. We need more business owners like this in San Fernando.
