If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never waited too long for food, the waitress was nice but was so busy she forgot we were seated and it took her 10 minutes to take our drinks and order. After 50 minutes of waiting we left and never got our food.it was very understaffed and the wait time was unreasonable. 45 minutes waiting for food is a little much in my opinion. Please do better Papa Juan's!!

Love the upgraded restaurant and added quality to the already great service and food. Love their fish tacos and ceviche tostadas. I recommend this place in downtown San fernando.

Horrible customer service. I've been going here for a few years now, so I've witnessed the decline of their customer service. I usually go on Saturday after 5 p.m., and the servers are horrible. I would normally dismiss this as a one-time incident, but it keeps happening. The servers spend their whole time talking to men in the bar. I wanted to refill my drinks and order more food, and they never came to our table until I got up and went for help. This has happened 3 different times. They also got my order wrong a number of times and overcharged me. When I ask them to correct my bill, the servers have an attitude. I also don't like that they charge you extra if you pay by card and less if you pay cash. I will no longer be eating here.

Salma was a great server. Attentive, good suggestions and made us feel welcome. I absolutely loved their fried fish taco so clean and delicious! Their shrimp and octopus cocktail was also very good. The ahi crunch taco fell short unfortunately. It is one of their top sellers but it had way too much fresh tomato as a filler not enough tuna. The flavor of tomato over powered everything, it did not let the other flavors shine. Felt like eating a tomato salsa taco. Other than that, can't wait to return for their grilled octopus plate that's new on the menu.

The food was good. Their best dishes are the carne asada quesadillas and the cóctel de camarones. The Micheladas are good. The Margaritas are not good. Wish they would make them from scratch. The food and drinks are overpriced. Paid almost $100 for two people. Service was good. The place looked clean and spacious.
