Incredible and exceptional every single time. Chicken cooked to perfection, burgers are AMAZING! The wait time is notable if you order for pick up but I can't blame them. It's so good every time!
Oh! My! Goodness!!!! Carbon grill is a gem! We were looking for local eats, and came across carbon grill and decided to pop in. For 3 of us, we ordered these chicken breast sandwich with a side of anti pasta, their bbq bacon burger with fries, and 6 HUGE beef ribs with a side of black beans and potato salad. Words don't mean anything unless you come here and try it yourself. The food is amazing fresh off the grill. You can taste the fire that cooked it. It's that good. Lady in front is courteous and helpful. The place is small but intimate. You definitely can't go wrong coming here.
