People there did mot know what they were doing.You advertise the app on your door and do not have people that know this or how it works....

I stopped by this Popeyes today to take advantage of my T-Mobile Tuesday code for their 3 piece tenders. I put my mobile order through the mobile app. For my sauce, I went with the buttermilk ranch. I found parking easily in the plaza this place is in because it's in a big plaza. I was early but I figure I would check in if they had my order ready. When I give them my name, my order was already ready 10 minutes before the pickup time. There wasn't much seating inside and they were also doing some maintenance so I ate my food inside my car outside. The tenders were not hot or warm at all so I don't know how long my tenders was out in the box. The buttermilk ranch is okay but I wouldn't recommend it. I thought the tenders were fine but I probably won't order it again.

Vegetarian options: I wouldn't recommend coming here for vegetarian options.

The manager gets angry if they lend the bathrooms to anyone, they say they are only for customers, an employee lent me the bathroom and the manager got angry and spoke very badly to me but I see that every day they lend the bathrooms to the saleswoman of flowers, be consistent or put better workers.

Very bad service, the manager of the bathroom said that Asaver was the one who had provided them with the bathroom and that many homeless people used the bathroom and that she could get sick. The lady and the food, not to mention all cold, were very terrible, very bad service! !! 🤮I give them one star because it most defines their service and I could give them zero stars!!

The lady taking the order in the front counter was making mistake on the order. There were only TWO customers at the time. The gentleman in front of me and myself!
It's NOT like it was a busy lunch brush.

She was overcharging the gentleman in front of me. By adding items to the order that did the gentleman do not ask for.

And when it came to my order, a simple three piece combo, She had trouble communicating the pieces that came in that order in English and Spanish!

At the end, my biscuit was overcooked and there was barely any fries in my three piecemeal.

Never will come back to this popeye's ever again!

I visited the establishment today at approximately 5pm, and I must express my disappointment regarding the demeanor of the two young ladies (Dana is one of them) who were on duty. It seemed as though they harbored a negative attitude, displaying visible signs of annoyance when approached with inquiries or requests. There was a distinct lack of basic politeness, as neither of them offered a greeting nor expressed gratitude. To exacerbate matters, I did not receive a receipt for my transaction.
