I bought 4 XL combos wath I got a lot of onions and only 3 peace of beef . Very disappointed

Food is good but this specific location takes forever just to take your order I waited over 30 min just to order my food , not employees fault at all it’s more of staff organizer/manager. They need someone taking orders while someone else packs food they got one person doing it all that slows everything down.

So insanely slow and make you wait by the side door in the drive thru so it wont mess up their timer because of how slow they are portions are so small for the price you pay get fast employees

From what I’ve read after my experience, this location is VERY stingy with their portions. Ordered a large gyudon beef bowl. Looked like a portion and a half of meat (if that)…. I asked for more ginger and the young lady (not her fault) said they’re limiting 4 ginger pks per bowl. I told her I had a large bowl, and she said sorry it’s per bowl…. I’m wondering if my portion was because I used app coupon. Also I’m wondering if the ginger limit is a corporate limit or location limit because I’ve never had this problem.

Food was horrible quality. The meat was very undercooked and mushy. The meat looked grey. We ended up throwing away the food. Now I know why we don’t at Yoshinoya anymore. Disgusting.

By far one of the worst yoshinoya’s to visit, ordering drive thru requires you to wait upwards 15-20 minutes by a side door just to get your food. Inside isn’t any better

It’s the location. Today I bought skimped combo XL 15 mins ago. Managers are being tight like they pay for inventory.

I just grabbed it, my son said where’s the chicken. I went back and manager said. It’s only 5 peices of chicken for that combo XL . Go to another location

Great that they stay open late! I drove 10 minutes to satisfy a craving, but the food didn’t quite hit the mark. The portions have shrunk, and the meat (both beef and chicken) was quite dry. The facility also needs some extra attention regarding cleanliness.
