I grab take out and enjoy the Shanghai soup dumplings, onion crepe pancakes, crispy golden noodles -Hong Kong style (veggie) and the supreme wonton noodle soup..so good!. Attentive service and the location is tops intersecting North beach and Chinatown. An easy walk to FiDi, the Embarcadeo and Union Square.

The garlic chicken was amazing! Staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. My wife was cold because the wind was blowing whenever the front door opened, so they moved us to a better table once one became available without us having to ask. It's family style and we ordered way too much food, but we both enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back next time we're in the area.

My god, the salt and pepper tofu with string bean is delicious. Pretty decent onion pancake too. $35 for both and a small white rice TO GO because there was zero parking around… this food sure satisfied my craving! Not all places can get the tofu texture right, theirs was deliciously crispy 🤤

Restaurant 606 in San Francisco absolutely lived up to the hype. We ordered some of their most popular dishes—the Salt and Pepper, garlic chicken, and the house Hong Kong–style dry noodles—and every bite was delicious. The food was cooked to perfection, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and packed with flavor. What made the experience even better was meeting one of the brothers/owners, who was an excellent host and took the time to chat with us and even recommend other great local spots. Warm hospitality, outstanding food, and an overall memorable experience—two thumbs way up!

Loved my experience at 606. I am in Chinatown every weekend and am so happy that my friend brought me to 606. We ordered the Simon’s garlic chicken, salt & pepper pork chops, baby bok choy and the milk tea. Every dish was delicious, just the right amount of flavor. The restaurant was spacious and cozy, plenty of room with no customers or staff bumping into you. What made the experience even more personal was being greeted by the owner Eugene. He wanted to make sure everything was just right, even serving us water. At the end he asked how everything was. Now that is TLC, not something I experience a lot in Chinatown. 😊
Can’t wait to bring my friends and family to 606.

Perfect place for a date😍
We ordered crispy golden noodles, Simon’s garlic chicken and fried tofu - dishes are huge, one main dish and some side are more than enough for two to share.
Definitely will come back for Simon’s chicken🤤🤤🤤
Cider was also good. If you like different flavors - must try

First meal in SF Chinatown and it was amazing. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and the service was fast, and the owner (Eugene) even came out to serve us and make sure the food was served in time. This place has amazing hospitality, highly recommend checking out this place. You have to get Simon’s Garlic Chicken!

Absolutely delicious and authentic. We ordered several dishes ranging from fish to beef as well as the HK noodles. Impressive presentation (should have taken a photo) with taste to match. Even my hard to please Chinese mother was raving about the food. Staff and owner are all extremely friendly, great service. Highly highly recommend!

Highly recommend in San Francisco. Food quality, warm service, nice dining environment. Walnut Prawns is the top in poll from me, and wonton soup must order as well.

606 San Francisco has quickly become one of our favorite spots. We actually found this place before moving here, and now that we live in the area, we’ve been back several times and it never disappoints.
The service is consistently great. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable every time we visit. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely taken care of.
The food has been solid on every visit well prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. Everything we’ve tried has been good, making it an easy choice when deciding where to eat.
Overall, 606 San Francisco is a place we highly recommend checking out. Great service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere keep us coming back. A true neighborhood gem worth supporting.

Some of the best Chinese fare I’ve had in a while. Every dish was great. The staff found out our son’s birthday was coming up and made it special. Can’t wait to come back.
