Service was excellent. However no one should be seated at the end table by the bathroom. We could smell it from our table and then moved to the next one. Also my friend's pasta came with almost no sauce and it was supposed to be tagliatelle with bolognese. We were in a hurry and they were swamped so we did not complain. After being my go-to before a show, I will not be dining there again.
We sat outside and even though a chilly night it was fine since they have overhead heaters. The noise from Hayes street was not overshelming - if fact it was quieter outside vs. inside. The only issue is the wait staff are not terribly attentive to the outdoor diners. It could have been our particular waiter. Absent that - the food came out piping hot and quickly. The risotto balls need a little more sauce and could use a bit more seasoning - but they were great nonetheless
When booking my reservation, I noted that it was for a birthday, my mom's birthday, and when I arrived to the restaurant, the host asked me about my mom's birthday as well. I was happy that they read my note. During our dining experience, we both felt rushed to choose our orders and to clear out our table. Never were we asked if we needed another beverage or anything else or how was our meal. We ordered dessert at the end and given the question of my mom‘s birthday, nothing was ever done for her. I was a bit disappointed.
Great service, conveniently located to Davies Symphony Hall for events. Friendly waitress, food was ok. The pizza looked amazing and I should have ordered one! I had the spinach canoloni and it was just ok.
Quality of food and flavors are always stellar here. Inside seating can get loud, and outside seating has a lot of foot traffic next to you. Just over $115 for 2 sides, 2 entrees, a pizza, and 2 drinks (NA).
Worst service I've ever experienced. Didn't know who our waiter was, had to flag someone down after 15 minutes of waiting for some water. Finally got to put in an order for some drinks and apps. Took a while to get them. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for our dinner. NO ONE ever checked on us. We both wanted another glass of wine and some dessert but no one and I mean NO ONE asked if we wanted anything else. When I took out my wallet to pay because I wanted to go. I told the server from the receipt i got it said Daniel. about our experienced and he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry and walked away. NEVER again will I come back here. I just wish I had a great experience here since it was our 1st time here we really didnt feel welcome at all. We were ignored the entire time.
Perfect spot for pre-concert dinner. Food is heavy; just enough to satisfy our pallets & tummies!
We went on a busy Friday night and had to wait in line outside even though we had a reservation. Once we were seated, things went smoothly. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent.
I didn't know I reserved outdoor seating but the staff did their best to pivot and the heater lamps ended up being great!
Server was unprofessional and disinterested. Seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else doing anything else.

Fabulous food! Seats are a little hard. Open air with external seating. Bring a coat just in case. Great service!
This is a great restaurant if you're going to the symphony. The service was excellent, and they had us in and out with plenty of time to spare. Our salads were fantastic, fresh and delicious. The cannelloni was a little too rich, very cheesy. We would have rated the experience much higher, but the noise level was such that you couldn't have a conversation.
The food, ambiance and service were excellent! the only thing I'd change is the foccaccia which tasted like white dinner rolls, not crusty, not like any foccaccia I have had and enjoyed before. But all the other food was excellent and i will return, just won't order the foccaccia.
Did not enjoy our dining experience. It was definitely not our first time there, experience has drastically declined.
I went with friends for a restaurant week and the experience was amazing! The food was great. The service was really nice and on point and the overall vibe of the place was very cute. We sat outside and were totally warm enough with the heater. I would definitely go back
