Italian restaurant. The pizza were ready in 5 minutes and super delicious. Probably the best I had in the city. The chocolate budino was a very good dessert too.Only complaint, the back of the restaurant gets super noisy. The app on my phone measured it at 95 decibels! It was very hard to maintain a conversation.

Extremely loud dining experience. I had a decimal meter, and it was hitting 90-100. (Power tools, concert levels!)Food, service was phenomenal!

I shared a meal here with my wife and we both love it! The Neapolitan Pizza was great ??. The squid ink tonarelli was extremely flavorful. I do recommend sharing as the portions are generous.

A terrific meal -- I had the squid ink pasta with seafood, and it was outstanding and very flavorful. My wife had the funghi pizza and it too was terrific -- crispy crust, earthy, and just a hint of heat. The fava bean puree and dandelion greens as a starter was also great -- smooth and rich. The service was attentive without any hovering; the right balance.

Place was awesome. Vibes immaculate.Meatballs? Meh. 4 for 16. Each meatball is 4 dollars which seems kind of steep.Pizza? The only fresh thing here. Salami portions were incredibly small. Potato on the pizza was nice.Pasta did not taste good and was very oily, but I liked the ground lamb, not bad at all.Now let’s go to dessert. We got the confections which was the stalest item here. Terrible, almost wanted to get our money back for that item. It’s also extremely pricey (not worth it) if you didn’t notice that from the menu yet. Spent almost 150 for the above. Now let’s go on to service. Everyone was chilling until the waiter who looked like a poor imitation of John Travolta from Pulp Fiction (bad ponytail, when you see him you can immediately tell who I’m talking about) was extremely rude to my partner throughout the meal (she asked for the dessert menu and he addressed me instead the whole night when she was talking, not sure if he was just being sexist or ignorant or both). He also insisted I didn’t sign the merchant copy like I’m a bum who doesn’t want to pay for dinner, we laughed at how idiotic his insinuation was and still for some reason left a tip.Saw this place was rated poorly on Yelp and after visiting definitely makes sense. Saw they also have a location in Tokyo, feel bad for the poor people who waste a meal on this place. A16, you’re definitely… something, but not a place for people who enjoy good food and pleasant dinner.

Too loud! Mushroom pizza - Too much cheese, minimal flavor, Where's the spinach? Too rushed - Food out and still eating apps, taking unfinished away too quickly. Had to ask to wipe the table pre dessert.

We arrived early for our reservation, but since there was bar availability, we decided to dine up there. So thankful we did! Our bartender was knowledgeable and provided excellent wine pairing suggestions - and as we learned he was a sommelier so it was no wonder! The food was delicious, and came out so speedy! Lovely place, excellent service.

The food was excellent, as expected but the service was horrendous. It took the waiter about 15 minutes to acknowledge us and ask if for a drink order. The waiter never came back to inquire on how are food was, until we were almost done with our. Food was delivered in about 5 minutes from ordering instead of spaces out in a more enjoyable manner. The waiter just didn't appear to be committed to a providing an enjoyable experience.

The food was horrible. Nothing is fresh except the pizza. They pull short ribs out of this little container made idk when. Waiter was rude and questioning my signing of the check, which was surprising and noted. I live in the area so worth checking out once, never again.

I have been to A16 once before and had a good experience. I went for my birthday and basically got scammed into paying for a dessert that we were told was complimentary. On top of that the waiter made uncomfortable comments about “how young I was” on my 23rd birthday. The sparkling water was 8 dollars which the waiter also failed to mention upon ordering. Left a horrible lasting impression. Did not feel comfortable or taken care of. In addition, we were never given our leftovers that had been taken away to be boxed.

A16 provided us with an excellent lunch; the 3 of us shared 4 salads, a pizza and a pasta - all were very good. The pasta with lamb sausage was outstanding; fresh pasta cooked perfectly, and warm and delicious flavors. The wild mushroom pizza was also great. The crab in the Dungeness Crab Salad tasted of the ocean and was very fresh. The burrata with toasts was melt in your mouth. Our server provided just the right combination of being friendly and welcoming while providing excellent and attentive service. Excellent meal and would return to A16 in a heartbeat.

Amazing pasta and fantastic Neapolitan-style pizza in a casual atmosphere. If I want to take someone to the best casual Italian meal, I go to A16. My favorite dish is the maccaronara, but everything on the menu is excellent.
