Dropped in for an audit right as the doors opened at 12:00 PM. Front-of-house gets immediate points for operational efficiency—they let us choose our own table right away. Opted for the rear terrace to take advantage of the filtered natural daylight. The vibe back there is casual but high-tempo, backed by an upbeat soundtrack (including Green Day). Service pacing throughout the meal was fast and precise.
