Air France - KLM Lounge

We were flying business class and were using the lounge. The front desk staff were extremely polite and welcoming.
The staff inside the lounge was quite a different story. I’ve never experienced racism so blatantly. The staff ( man) who was picking plates /cleaning tables - was very rude. We said thank you. He didn’t respond and glared at us.
Same with the staff at the food area - incredibly rude and blatantly racist. I asked if they had orange juice and she said “ take it from the fridge”. Right next to me was a Caucasian woman and she asked for coffee & orange juice . The lady ( staff) wished her good morning, made her a coffee, poured her juice, made conversation and went out of her way to provide her service.

A few more examples but you get the drift. Personally - If you are a person of color, please set your expectations accordingly and avoid like a plague. ( look at the other reviews) The 1 star for service was only for the front desk at the entrance.

Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options. The usual fare - some breads & fruits.

Totally blown away by the quality of food and the nice wines... did not expect Justin as a "lower end wine" (really... Justin!?@).... French wine and amazing Stags Leap fabulous wine as well!

They don't allow Dragonpass holders get in and get you to chine lounges

This is now a brand new lounge so a lot of images and comments are going to be dated. It’s clean, well played out, a great bar with mixed drinks and quality wine on offer. Food is very good for lounge standards. There are showers, a nap room and good seating. It’s also right near the gates now so an easy hop to the flight when the time comes.

Hello, out of all the lounges we have visited, this was the best at SFO. They had the most extensive offerings we've seen, and the place had a classy ambiance, looked brand new, and was impeccably clean and decorated. We saw a selection of wine being offered, as well as a full bar, and even a shower area if I am not mistaken. We stayed here for about an hour before our 13-hour flight to Taiwan to visit my parents. We enjoyed the fresh fruits , and the lounge was easy to find, conveniently located right after you complete TSA, towards your left. We were grateful to have been offered entry to this lounge without using our Priority Pass, but instead through our Business Class ticket from EVA Airlines. The staff were unobtrusive, and many patrons looked relaxed and refreshed. This is definitely an upgrade from other lounges I've seen that stay open until midnight.

Of all the lounges we visited, this was the best one in SFO. The offering here is the widest we have seen, the whole place has a classy atmosphere, looks new, clean and beautifully decorated. We saw a variety of wines on offer and a full bar and even a shower area if I remember correctly. We stayed here for about an hour before taking a 13 hour flight to Taiwan to visit my parents. We enjoyed fresh fruit, and the VIP room was easy to find. It was on the left after passing TSA, and the location was very convenient. We were grateful to have access to this lounge via EVA Air's business class tickets instead of using our Priority Pass. The staff rarely bothered us and many patrons seemed relaxed and refreshed. This is definitely a step up from the ones I've seen in lounges that are open until midnight.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Air France lounge at SFO. One particular staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My group and I decided to move a few communal tables to our seating area since they were not being used. The lounge was literally empty, with staff members just waiting around twiddling their thumbs.

To our shock, this staff member approached us in a hostile manner, insisting that we put the tables back immediately after use. Their tone was condescending and aggressive, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Considering the staff had ample time and could easily reset the tables, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It tarnishes the reputation of the lounge. I expect a much higher standard of service and courtesy, especially from an establishment like Air France. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure no other guests have to endure such harassment.

First time use this lounge by flying EVA airline! It is much better than the United Airlines’s lounge in the B console!Very bright and clean and comfortable! Food item served here also much better than the United Airlines’s lounge! They even serve congee here. That’s just incredible!Only let down is the staffing here. Not cleaning the table frequently enough but they do keep the floor clean for sure!I just hope EVA continues to use this lounge and they don’t close early like United at 10:30 but till 12:30 AM.
