AKIKOS promises an unforgettable culinary journey, offering authentic and flavorful omakase menus, including a 14 piece omakase course, and a la carte options. Chef Hayashi was able to have a nice conversation with guests. The nigiri was fresh and a mix of familiar items with a slight twist, such as creamy and fresh uni. The Sakura Masu, a seasonal fish, was also enjoyed. The counter edge was perfect for a group.
