Fireside is a restaurant committed to being a restaurant, a hidden gem with cozy hole in the wall vibes. The new owners have improved the place, revamping the menu. The pizza is delicious, with an amazing crust that is not too crispy, light, and chewy. The goat cheese and spicy pizza is amazing, and the rigatoni bologonese is wonderful. The fettuccini is solid, and the lamb is so tasty. The baked Alaska is to die for. Farm grown ingredients make everything super fresh. The ambiance is very nice, with a quant cute and cozy interior. The staff is happy, friendly, and phenomenal. Servers are nice, food comes out really fast, and there is great attention to detail. It is a great spot for dinner, offering good value for price. The restaurant was recently remodeled, and the layout and design complement the attention to detail. A "to-go" hot chocolate was unsolicited on a cold damp night.
