It's really disappointing to see people leave bad reviews that are based on business decisions the store has made in order to simply survive, and not the actual quality of the food or service. The store not being open when you want them to be open, or not having dozens of different donuts on hand, are business decisions, and calling it out does not belong in a review. Used to be a 5star establishment, no question. However, it has slipped a bit in the last few years. The donuts are not baked as often, due to declining patronage, but the staff continue to be smiling and helpful as always.
