The place screwed us over. We called the restaurant and made a reservation for 8pm. When we came we found the place closed. It turned out that the restaurant website lists the phone number of the Persian restaurant. The Persian restaurant claims that they have the same owner as the American Bites. American bites chose to close at 6pm the day we came here. The lady at the Persian place didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience they caused us.

Cool space with multiple subspaces and a long bar. Was there for nonprofit event so have no idea what it's like normally.

The atmosphere was amazing. Very spacious restaurant as well as bar. Indoor as well as outdoor seating. Food was impeccable. Fresh ingredients as well as excellent service. I'd recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

This is a gem in North Beach. I knew the Owner from back in the 1980's when we both worked at North Beach Restaurant. This is also the old Spaghetti Factory restaurant in North Beach - an iconic place. I think it has the best Italian food in North Beach - and I know good Italian food. You can also order food off the menu from the incredible Persian restaurant in front. It is an incredible space and dining experience with an outdoor courtyard. I love Moe and what he has created in this great old space. Also, they grind all their own beef for burgers, etc and they have the best wings in San Francisco - bar none - and it is Mary's chicken!

No frills local place, with a big bar. Dimole decor, straight forward menu with lots of classics- burgers, tacos, ribs etc.Best thing about this place is the staff. Bar man was very friendly and helpful not just to us but everyone who came in.The food is excellent- anyone who says Sam's does the best burger in San Fran can't have eaten here, it was perfect. (Its like a cross befwen a burger and a steak sandwich, served in a baguette with cheese and fried onion.)They play sports games behind the bar, if you're into that sort of thing. It's also quite reasonably priced, by SF standards!

Amazing, simply amazing. The food options were incredible and diverse. I started off with the Bone Marrow and Caprese Salad. For my main course, I had the SF Cioppino and finished my dinner with Chef Antonio’s Tiramisu. Aside from the delicious food, the service was excellent!! I was served by the owners of the restaurant and the kindness and hospitality is second to none. If you’re ever in San Francisco and are looking for a clean, spacious, and delicious restaurant, you gotta check this spot out!!

This has been one of the worst experiences one could ever experience in a ‘fine’ Italian dining. Be ready to be treated like a doormat by the owner himself. His behavior showed narcissistic, arrogant, and aggressive attitude. The owner is not afraid of insulting the customers or his own staff in front of his entire restaurant and the food was below subpar. The atmosphere is pretty empty in there and it has very low foot traffic which is not surprising at all. If you feel like being insulted and having your evening ruined, then this is your spot

I ate cioppino at 3 places in the immediate area. This one is by far the best. Added benefit, you can have all the flavors without the mess. You don’t need a bib! My family had different dishes. All superb. And quiet atmosphere, luxury of space and absence of heat. 5 stars!

There were no stores open on Christmas Day, so I went to any nearby store and it was the best!!!!!!!! The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable, the food was great, the restrooms were clean, and the store was spacious and clean!!!!!!!! There is no reason not to go. It's the best!!!!!!!!!!
