I took them forever for them to come and take payment from me the red list that I ordered was burnt I had ordered some appetizers and when I got home they wasn't in my package and they said they didn't remember me because I paid with cash

We ordered Blackened Chicken and Shrimp dish that was prepared well but butter content was more than required so actual taste of chicken and shrimp could not be felt. But yes the potatoes tasted goodService was slow. The servers were little lost in their own worlds. We wanted an extra empty plate that was given when almost whole of our meal was overWell lit place with pleasant music and good vibe.View of the street below is nice. I was excited to visit an Applebee's while on vacation, as we don't have them in BC anymore. Please do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go. We just had our favourite appy, chicken wonton, and everything about it tasted off. It tasted like they microwaved the chicken and the slaw was from the weekend.
Good view of the bay, but slow and inattentive staff, and stale food. Came in when it was slow, and had multiple staff members standing around. Waited 10 mins at the host stand for anyone to even acknowledge us, then got sat and waited another 10 mins for a server to even greet us. They never checked on the table after bringing food, and had to ask 3 times for a box. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a good dining experience.

Had fun with my family. It was a great end to our fun day in San Francisco. It was a little busy when we went but the host, server, and managers did a great job making the wait worth it.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was very kid friendly
The food was how we expect not too bad. But the service was horrible. It used to be one of my faves near the pier but it took them almost 40 mins to take our orders. We had a few drinks and appetizers and I decided not to get lunch since service was so slow in getting to us.

The sink (in the Ladies Room) needs to be and stayed clean.But, I ordered a burger and fries, and they were very small.Not enough to get full on, and not worth spending $25, $30, (somewhere around one of those amounts of money, that was spent on the meal).
