You've got your pick of Persian spots in West wood, but Scheherazade is the place I keep coming back to time and again. A lot of it has to do with consistency. Sometimes I eat in and other times, I order delivery, but every time, the food is exactly what you expect.
I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here. The ambiance is great, friendly servers, and the management even played Persian music for us per our request. (I think you should always play it!) We got an assortment of food. The eggplant dip appetizer is delicious and sooo yummy. The dough yogurt drink is great. The meats were perfectly cooked, tender. We ordered a side of the veggies basil, etc which came with feta cheese which may I add is the best feta cheese I've ever tasted. And...
Nice location for quality Middle Eastern food. don't fret if it's busy, it is worth the wait. looking forward to coming back with my relatives. bring your hunger - portions are generous. food is like a place in baltimore i liked.
