Yank Sing (Spear St.) offers an impressive variety of steamed and fried dim sum dishes. The food quality remains consistently excellent and phenomenal, making it a recommended spot for a delightful and enjoyable dining experience. The staff is very helpful. While it may be expensive, Yank Sing continues to offer some of the best dim sum in the city, with favourites like xiao long bao and Peking duck being top notch and delicious. The roast duck is fantastic and the har gow are delicious. Excellent presentation of food and delicious dim sum! The owner of the restaurant stopped by to welcome guests. Free validated parking for 3 hrs on weekends is a nice plus. There is an opportunity to shop at the Ferry Plaza farmers market on Saturday. Highly recommend the restaurant! Everything is outstanding and the cart service is fun. Reservations are highly recommended and easy to manage.
