As a Marriott Platinum, I've stayed in Marriott brands across the globe. The St. Regis was by far the best experience we've ever had. From the smooth check in, to wonderful meals, to nightly Champagne toast, and including the gift sent to us from Selina and Daniel (concierges), this made our anniversary weekend a trip we won't ever forget! Thank You St. Regis!
I'm a little late in submitting this review, but the Marriott Bonvoy brand and affiliates are always worth the sacrifice.
We had an excellent experience at the St. Regis in San Francisco. The staff was most hospitable, the facilities are beautiful and our most favorite aspect was the heated pool and spa area. Our family and friends had an amazing time there. We absolutely treasured the butler serenading my little niece for her first birthday. Thank you, St.Regis/Marriott...
Asesh was excellent and made sure that everyone in the Bridal Shower tea party was taken care of. He was very attentive and had to juggle a very large reservation. The tea was very communicative and helpful to work with our food allergies & dietary restrictions the weeks leading up to our reservation. Bright, modern setting and probably the most delicious afternoon tea I have had in the SF Bay Area. Thank you for hosting our party.
