The food here is on the cusp of being really good. A few suggestions to elevate the food…
1) deconstructed potato dish: the sauce on this was yummy but the items didn’t match it. Advice is to cut the potato into thick chunks instead of making it into noodles. Ditch the frisée and replace with fresh peas or okra. Make it heartier to match the sauce.
