Ordered the vegetarian breakfast sandwich. It was amazing. Scone was fluffy. Filling tasted home made with a lot of nutritious friberous goodness. Boyfriend really enjoyed his pork sandwich, meat made in house. Service was friendly. Had a great time sitting in the sunlight dining room. Great lunch.
Great lunch option if you are by UCSF. I had the porchetta sando and it was exceptional. Same for the Turkey Havarti my wife had. Needless to say the bread was so fresh and delicious but the herbs on the porchetta was next level greatness. If you are in the area and if you like B Patisserie you love B on the Go. Seriously you can't go wrong!

I came to b. on the go for the first time for a late lunch. You order at the counter and there are a couple of tables inside for seating. I got the porchetta sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the cauliflower banh mi and a side salad. The food came out pretty quickly but it wasn't too busy inside.
