Very slow to get your order. Add 10 extra minutes just to wait for your food. Food was decent but not extravagant.

This may sound crazy but I have never enjoyed a better breakfast burrito than at this airport cafe. On both visits the pulled pork burrito was superb with generous amounts of meat and smoked applewood bacon complemented by perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, sliced avocado and savory salsa. Not a bunch of filler beans and rice - just delicious ingredients wrapped in a single delicious tortilla. My wife was also amazed at the quality given her initial skepticism. $17 is not too bad given airport food pricing as burrito was large enough for 2 people to split and most importantly was delicious especially for meat lovers. Service is rushed which is normal for airports. I plan to make this a regular stop on all future flights.

I got the 1/3 lb cheeseburger at this airport Burger joint and overall was happy with the decision to eat here. The San Francisco airport doesn't seem to have a large selection of options around the F gates.

The meat was cooked medium and quite delicious. The bun was also nice but the burger was greasy and I couldn't figure out why. Perhaps it's a high fat meat but as I stated, the best really tasted good.

Luckily I had a $15 food voucher from United so as you can see from the receipt, it only cost me $1.07 to cover the balance.

Of course prices are high but as expected. You're in California, you're in the airport and they have a service charge.

I went here to buy one sandwich and one lemonade. 24 dollars for a poorly constructed ham and cheese sandwich and a diluted strawberry lemonade. I ordered it without ice and they gave me a 3/4 full cup. I asked for more and they said that it was that full because it’s proportioned. Middling food and uncourteous staff. Eat somewhere else if you are flying out of or into San Francisco Airport.

Way over priced.

I ordered a Breakfast Burrito and asked for the Bacon to be crispy. It wasn’t crispy and it leaked a red juice and stained my shirt. $13?? Never again!!

This is a typical airport food court restaurant. The 1/3 lb cheeseburger and fries were pretty good. However, the classic burritos are pre-made and just warmed up in the microwave, making them taste nasty. The bacon was also dried, tastes not so good. Don’t order the breakfast burrito.

Not sure what was worse, the service or the food. Horrible.

I had a bbq burritos and it was hot and really good. The meat was soft and tender and the sauce was sweet n tangy. The guy who served me was awesome he gave great suggestions. The food only took 7 mins to come and was delicious.

Good staff, fast service. The Lettuce, Goat cheese, Bacon and Tomato sandwich was delicious and just what I needed for breakfast.

Hi, went to bacon bacon before my flight to Spokane a week ago, and I am still thinking about that restaurant! Oddly enough, I ordered the cheeseburger (not the bacon cheeseburger) and From it’s Juicy 1/3 of a pound patty to it’s soft, delicious grain bun, I can say that in my lifelong hunt for perfect cheeseburgers throughout the world, this is one of them! I savored every bite, even though I was eating on the plane and was very concerned that the smells wafting from my burger might be ridiculously unfair to other passengers. Curiously, no one complained! In fact, I saw one guy across the aisle, close his eyes as his nose twitched, and he had a smile on his face

This place could have easily gotten 5 stars. Service counter was understaffed for the influx of folks that had delays coming to get food. Guy could have just kept cool, but instead yelled at customers and treated a foreign traveler with disrespect because she wasn't understanding English.

I even tried to break the ice and calm him down by saying he was doing great. Asked him what he thought I should try. Maybe a high pace high stress job isn't the best for some people.

Burger was great. They forgot my fries and I wasn't even going to try and get back in line for them to correct it.

Pro tip they have a gluten free bun! And the fries and hash browns are GF. It’s not advertised but just an ask. It’s airport food in SFO so it’s expensive - read the other reviews to hear about that. But my gluten allergy folks know it can be hard to find any food in airports while traveling let alone a gf burger or breakfast sandwich. And the bun is soft and doesn’t fall apart! I’ve had worse buns at fancy restaurants. I often have to buy a million snacks or hope there is a pace with a salad at airports as I’m also dairy free. I’ve paid more for wag at ended up being a plain salad with expired tomatoes with meat sticks on the side LOL. It’s in a food court so your traveling friends who can eat gluten have lots of options. For us GF folks this is a treat, thank you Bacon Bacon.

I order the breakfast burrito 10 minutes ago. It is premade and left in a warmer. That’s not an issue for me, my standards are low for airport food. The issue is the burrito is so hot to touch, you cannot eat it. I have been letting it sit here and cool. The service was quick but they don’t speak to you. Just ask you what you want. Hand you a piece of paper with your number on it.
