Just moved to the city from SoCal and I gotta say - I tried to disregard the bad reviews. Gave it a few weeks coming by different days and I have mixed reviews for the customer service. The tall dude who’s there on most week nights is cool. But there’s a barista who I noticed consistently each time I’m there working that’s not up to par with interactions. No response when I say thank you, even when returning dishes I have a habit of saying thank you it was great - zero response. Idk it’s just off putting because this place can be super chill but having that feeling of walking on glass when visiting and not sure who’s going to be working during that visit can really bring down the mood. Notice how this is all feedback on customer service and atmosphere - not even going to touch on about the coffee. I’ll let that speak for itself :(

I am enjoying my vanilla bourbon tea ☕ and was happy to see how the place was nicely renovated. There is more space to work at the back. The table is bigger allowing more space. I like this place and with this upgrade I am planning a stop by next week. For the ones who has not been here, give at least one try. It is a peaceful coffee shop. You can find your headspace here.

Clarissa deserves major credit—she was working completely solo on a busy Saturday and doing her absolute best. She was friendly, efficient given the situation, and clearly working hard. That said, the wait was very long, and it’s hard not to point to understaffing as the issue. A weekend shift should really have more than one barista. This isn’t on her—it’s on management.

It says open until 8pm on Weekdays. We were there at 6:50 pm, Wednesday. Specifically set this location as it was open and on the way, so took quick detour. It was closed. There was someone inside, who even showed us like yeah guys, we are closed. Hours sign confirmed they supposed to work until 8pm. Don't bother to go here, you may get into closed door.
