It's hard to beat $2 nigiri!
Super cute sushi spot that serves up a too good to be true happy hour and vegan sushi! They do have actual fish and alternative fish :)
Their happy hour is daily from 5-9pm which is amazing and they have an ayce vegan sushi deal as well. They have more than just the $2 nigiri in their happy hour menu, you can also get rolls and hand rolls!

Great people, great service, everything was so smooth, definitely try again once a week🌟❤
My friend and I walked in on a weeknight and waited a short period for a table. Parking was definitely not easy so be patient with that. The place is pretty loud so it's pretty hard to hear your conversations.

The atmosphere is nice with two floors and plenty of seating, creating a cozy vibe. Service is thorough, efficient, and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable. The restaurant is casual and clean, with a chill ambiance that many find relaxing. Popular dishes include the Lion King roll, which is described as "literally fire," and the Double Hamachi roll with a hint of truffle. The Salmon Nigiri is also highly recommended. The restaurant occasionally updates its menu, and while most offerings are excellent, some items like Walu/escolar are best avoided. There is a massage chair near the bathroom, likely for staff, and it would be interesting to see more items from Mongolia on the menu, such as Buuz dumplings. Overall, Lion West Portal provides a great sushi experience and is a new go-to spot for sushi lovers. Making a reservation is highly recommended to ensure a good seat.
