Very late food

Didn’t attention online orders and dashers
Waiting 50min+ for my picking order until that time they didn’t give my order.

We went here friday night after the street fair closed. We waited 90 minutes and still never got our order. At least 4 other tables that had been there longer than us also got up and left in this time. We only saw 3 tables actually get their orders in the hour and a half we were there. It was like being in the twighlight zone. At one point we asked if we could just have a bowl if rice and she couldn't even get us that! The beers she brought us were also not refrigerated. We ended up leaving and going to a late night sushi place down the street...

I regularly come to this restaurant and receive great food, accommodation, and service all together. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and food is served in a timely manner with frequent check ins from the attentive server.

The influx of negative reviews is a poor reflection of this establishment on a day to day basis, and fails to acknowledge the circumstances of the event occurring along the street. Furthermore, I've dined at this restaurant many times with all tables and seats full, and yet experienced no delays in food delivery.

This barrage of one star reviews is a prime showcase of a loud minority who lacks patience and respect.

It’s such a cozy spot for Thai food, whether you’re dining solo or coming in with a group. I know some reviews mention bad service, but that honestly has never been our experience at all. The restaurant is run by one host/server, and she manages everything. It’s the perfect place for comforting, flavorful food. We’ve always been treated with kindness and respect and have never experienced anything negative. The food is consistently amazing,, I highly recommend the Bangkok wings, papaya salad, and BBQ pork. And don’t forget to order the hot tea!

Not vegeterian friendly.Extremely slow to bring out food. Would recommend Marinee thai instead if you’re feeling like Thai food. Seems like the staff doesn’t care about customers.

We waited 20 mins to get a table and then 45 mins without any food showing up. Decided to cancel our order and leave. Tables smelt funky and service was very poor. No communication about the delay. And they basically asked us to leave when we asked them for how much longer it would take. Best to skip this one

I am a Dasher and rely on this work to support my family. I have been to this restaurant three times, and not once did I receive my order on time. The staff behavior is extremely rude and unacceptable. Due to poor service and disrespectful treatment, I am giving this rating and do not wish to receive orders from this restaurant again.
