A most lovely place great and unique seafood dishes. Though a limited menu , everything is always delicious.
Really good happy hour deal for oysters! We love raw fish but two of the four crudo options weren't super appetizing to us. Would pass on the scallop and trout again in the future. The romaine salad was great.
love this place. looks and feels like just a casual little restaurant but one can have a top-notch meal here. and the staff is so warm, kind and professional. one of our fav spots in the Bay Area. thank you to Mauricio in particular for his wonderful hospitality.
Bar Crudo is the best! air you can, get there early for Happy Hour. We had the best oysters and a bottle of the muscadet which was delightful. We sat upstairs which was nice and the staff were friendly as always.
Good food, great service. Very noisy. You literally have to shout at your dining companion to be understood. Walls need some covering to muffle the sound level.
Accommodating for anniversary request and a lovely meal, as always. Baked oysters are amazing
a neighbor gem that is consistently excellent. I've been going there for years and I truly cannot remember having a bad meal or anything less than stellar service. The people have a true passion for food and creating a wonderful experience for the patrons. The lobster salad is a can't miss and some of the best curdo I've ever had.
The service was excellent and the food so delicious. The freshness of the fish was incredible.
I have been going to Bar Crudo since its original location in Nob Hill in 2005. It is always a solid choice in San Francisco. Everything we had last night was so fresh and amazing. Their San Francisco restaurant week menu was perfectly created and the service was top-notch. Zero proof drinks are quite popular and these beverages from Fieldworks are highly recommended. I liked the cucumber, melon + juniper. 🥒🍈 🫐
The fixed price menu was very tasty and we enjoyed the complementary glass of rosé Prosecco for Naoki's birthday. The server was friendly as is usual for Bar Crudo

One of my favorite restaurants in SF and since its restaurant week we took advantage of the great menu. We ordered oysters and crudo for appetizers and the crudo was AH-MAZING! It blew my mind, the flavors all melted in my mouth. My friends got the green gazpacho and I got the lettuce and shrimp salad. I was beyond impressed of how delicious the gazpacho was, and I almost regretted not getting it. But my salad had some sort of fried Parmesan which gave a nice crunchiness to it and the pieces of shrimp were nicely season, to finish the dressing was just perfect addition to bring all flavors together. For our main dish we got the Branzino filet with asparagus and it was divine! We also got the uni pasta which was tasty and tangy. Lastly we got a piece of their devious olive oil cake with lemon zest and as always, didn't disappoint. We paired everything with a Sicilian Petralva white wine - 2 bottles later we ended the night. From the delicious food, the phenomenal service we got from Mauricio, I highly recommend this place.
Service was great! Food was ok. Tried practically everything on the happy hour menu to get a good taste of the menu. Chowder was tops. Mussels were ok, a little over powered by the bell peppers. Clams with chorizo was super salty. The sardine platter was nice with the trout roe on bread and some sardine.
Amazing food, excellent service, and immaculate vibes ?

I’m obsessed with the seafood chowder, wow, really fresh and flavorful. We ordered a cup to start and after just one bite decided to order another because it’s so tasty.
