The service was excellent. The Crudo was very good but rather small. The menu did not seem to have any continuity. Very few main dish selections. My memory of an excellent dinner here a few years back did not match the current reality.

Happy hour is great! Really good oysters, and the cod fish tacos here are probably the best fish tacos I’ve had in SF. Highly recommend the fish tacos 🌮 🤤

Everything we tried was truly phenomenal without exception (6 dishes + dessert).. Easily one of our top dining experiences in several years, if not the top place. Excellent service, too, and not even expensive. Try for yourself, it will probably soon enough become more difficult to find a table when they receive their well-deserved Michelin rating.

We were early and the host sat us down immediately. The service is so friendly, made us feel so welcome. We ordered halibut crudo, heirloom tomate salad, spaghetti with clams and chowder. The foods are good. The crudo is a bit too sweet for my personal taste and would like to have some hit and acid to bright the dish up.

I have traveled the world widely, ate in many fine establishments including Michelin Star rated restaurants. In all honestly, some of the offerings on Bar Crudo's menu were a complete triumph. Nuanced, complex and a breath of fresh perspective on how to interpret ingredients of this quality.
The food is delicious, great wine list, and fun, friendly, helpful service. It is in a great neighborhood and has a good vibe.

Excellent service, our waiter was very attentive and provided good recommendations. Seafood was fresh and the Crudo sampler had creative pairings. The spaghetti with clams was so flavorful and such a highlight - generous serving. Make a reservation in advance. Seating downstairs by the window, at the bar, or upstairs in the back.
