Our Burmese traditional home welcoming salad, Californian style fusion with lettuce and our homemade crunchy combinations such as peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chickpeas, garlic chips and fermented tea leaf dressing are mixed well together. Contains peanuts and fish sauce.
Ginger's Spirit Salad
Healthy, wholesome ginger salad. Californian style fusion with lettuce, cabbage and homemade crunchy combinations are mixed well together. Additionally, fried shredded coconut balances the kick of pickled ginger. Contains Peanuts, and various seeds. Contains peanuts and various seeds.
Samusa Salad
Burmese samusas, fresh vegetables, roasted chickpea powder, Samusa sauce, a good amount of Samusa soup and fried onion oil are thoroughly mixed together, then topped with cilantro, mint, garlic chips and fried onions. Contains gluten.
Rangoon's Pigments
Three different types of noodles – egg noodles, thin rice noodles and bean thread noodles – along with a variety of fresh ingredients, including shredded green papaya, raw onions, and etc – are thoroughly mixed with tamarind dressing, fried onion oil, yellow split pea powder, and a hint of roasted chili. Contains gluten.

Mains
Dorfy Chicken
A traditional curry stew from Burma, prepared by marinating chicken (bones-in) with various Burmese spices. This slow-cooked curry comes along with potatoes.
BOB Chucky
Marinated fresh local beef with simple ingredients such as garlic, ginger and masala is homestyled slow cooked, making it extra tender, moist and delicious. This special dish is served with cooked potatoes and topped with some cilantro.
Vegan Humble
Eggplant, potato, cauliflower and okras are the main vegetables in this dish and it is perfectly made for the vegetarians. Tasteful curry cooked together with red lentils and yellow split peas base.
Shwe Taung Khouk Swal
This noodle dish has flour flat noodles or medium thick rice noodles with chicken or tofu (veg) curry, slowly cooked in coconut milk served on top with roasted chickpeas powder, fried onions, roasted chili and topped with cilantro and thin crispy noodles. Contains gluten.

Royal Biryani
Our chef's favorite side of rice, including various kinds of herbs and spices, really goes well with the curries. The taste of butter is smoothly presented in biryani. Contains tree nuts and dairy.

Authentic Burmese food in the city. I have tried a couple of Burmese restaurants and this place is hands down the closest to what I've tasted in Burma. Hot Burmese tea, beef curry, and biryani just like you would get for a traditional celebratory event in Burma. Go try!

Bay of Burma is a gem! I had a large order to place for a last minute catered dinner for 20 people, and the staff was so accommodating even with the tight turnaround time. They offered suggestions of what dishes to choose, kept me updated on the timing of everything, and helped me load the trays of food into my car. My team had nothing but glowing things to say about the dishes - one individual mentioned he would rank this as one of his favorite meals! The staff even called me...

Delicious. Ordered the lunch portion of the Shwe Taung Noodles, which they were able to prepare gluten free. Also got the Mill Tea. Total before tip was $24.

The service was extra kind and attentive and great value for the price. Would like to come back or order dinner to-go. Recommend!
