Just had a phenomenal meal with a large group to celebrate a great friend. The food was incredible - we seriously had almost every item on the menu. Everything was delicious but my top three were the Lechon Paella, the Tomate, and the Chuleton; it was difficult to not eat second and third helpings of each of those, but I knew we had several more tasty dishes to come.

Experienced the Kopali Pop up and it was great! Food was very flavorful, service was excellent, all around a great night.
I had dinner at the Kopali pop-up last night - it was terrific. Many of the same service staff as Bellota, so that was great, and the food - now gourmet Mexican - was delicious. Just the right combinations of spices, sauces (mole was great), traditional recipes with modern twists.. hope they extend their stay!
Bellota offers an authentic Spanish dining experience with a great selection of tapas and paella. The menu features delectable dishes like the best paella, Serrano ham, and Manchego cheese. Customers enjoy watching the bustling kitchen and highly recommend this lively establishment. On a recent Friday night, diners enjoyed flavorful dishes, starting with the Patatas Bravas. The Gambas and the Pulpo a la Gallega were standout dishes, bursting with flavor, and the Roasted Pescado was juicy and cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and friendly, contributing to a warm atmosphere. The food portions were perfect for sharing. The service staff were very attentive, from the host to the waiter and servers. It is a rather large restaurant space with really high ceilings. Although other diners were present, their conversations did not carry enough to disrupt the atmosphere.
