Ice cream is great as it’s Ben & Jerry’s however service is appalling . The guy that served me couldn’t stop slamming things & eye rolling the whole interaction we had . When preparing my sundae I caught him wearing no gloves breaking the cookie bits into my cup and then when we asked for the waffle sundae he bluntly said we don’t do that here even though it shows it on the menu in the store - keep in mind we were the only customers there . My friend took two bites of her sundae & throw away the rest since he had used his hands on everything else . We wish we had just walked out so save your money & go somewhere else , ice cream isn’t worth the bad service & lack of hygiene .

The ice cream is very good and they offer a variety of choices. Having said that, the service can be improved: don’t be at your phone, don’t check the tip box when customers are in the room (maybe offer better service, then you would get tips) and be attentive and welcoming.

$12 milk shake is like drinking flavored milk. They reduce the ice cream content in order to increase the profit. Poor business plan.

Got really bad serive here. Even though we were the only ones in the store looking at ice cream, the woman standing there kept asking "are you ready to order soon?", as if she just wanted us to leave. The ice cream is good and there are many kinds though.

We stayed next door in the Argonaut, and we came here every night when we got back to the hotel! The service was always quick and the employees were very kind. For being in a tourist area, I was very pleased with the pricing.

Had a hankering for ice cream so I popped in and asked for a cone with strawberry cheesecake flavored ice cream. The cashier was friendly amd prompt. I enjoyed my ice cream at the beach as it's nearby. My one complaint is that ice cream here is expensive.
