The ice cream is very good and they offer a variety of choices. Having said that, the service can be improved: don’t be at your phone, don’t check the tip box when customers are in the room (maybe offer better service, then you would get tips) and be attentive and welcoming.

Got really bad serive here. Even though we were the only ones in the store looking at ice cream, the woman standing there kept asking "are you ready to order soon?", as if she just wanted us to leave. The ice cream is good and there are many kinds though.
We stayed next door in the Argonaut, and we came here every night when we got back to the hotel! The service was always quick and the employees were very kind. For being in a tourist area, I was very pleased with the pricing.

Had a hankering for ice cream so I popped in and asked for a cone with strawberry cheesecake flavored ice cream. The cashier was friendly amd prompt. I enjoyed my ice cream at the beach as it's nearby. My one complaint is that ice cream here is expensive.

Got myself some very good ice cream on the go and talked to the young lady at the counter. She told me she was from Romania. Her positive attitude, friendliness, and helpfulness were truly impressive. The ice cream was, of course, amazing. Great job, Ben & Jerry's, for the ice cream and for hiring such a wonderful employee. I gave her a generous tip for her exceptional service and would like to ask the management to consider giving her a significant raise. She was great!

The young lady behind the counter told us she was from Romania and would be in America for three months and had been here already for only three weeks. She has such a positive attitude and was so friendly and helpful. The ice cream was amazing of course. Good job Ben &Jerry's for hiring this young lady even for a short time. She is a true asset.
