Honestly the best ice cream San Francisco Especially I really like the pistachio flavor .. the prices are decent and the Filipino guy that served me is one of the nicest person I've ever met . 5 stars !!!
I remember I found this little spot with my family a couple of years back and it always stuck with me because of the location, the ice cream, and great service. The ice cream here is all from Mitchell's and they also do other great desserts as well! One of them being Halo Halo. I came back here recently and got a milkshake and had the great pleasure of speaking with the owners. They are the most kind hearted and genuine people I've met and deserve all the recognition for Norman's.

In San Francisco in my opinion people are not always nice including service people, this place was awesome. They ice cream was delicious. I think the owner served us and he was super nice accommodated lots of samples, delicious, ice cream, and very reasonable prices.
