This is the WORST customer service experience at a Ben & Jerry’s I have ever experienced. The male employee was so rude over the phone and refused to help me order a cake over the phone. After two attempts online with several glitches in the system, I called again for help as directed to do so on the website. He claimed he was the manager and refused to make a cake for me and told me to go elsewhere for my cake needs. I’m so sad this is how Ben & Jerry’s is represented out...read full review
