SO GOOD! my favorite is americone dream🥰
The owners approve food coloring and nasty chemicals in my foods in congress . No thank you
I would avoid this place at all costs. I’m used to expensive restaurants in SF but this place is just a rip off. Almost ten dollars for a single small scoop of ice cream. What a joke. You can buy a pint of the same stuff at the local grocery or convenience store for less. The only thing keeping it at two stars is the ice cream was good at least. I’ll never be back.
Great Vegan options!
nice staff, policies, and ice cream :)
So good and great service
One of my fondest memories is coming here circa 2017 on a chilly day and eating ice cream while walking along Haight Street. I think it’s when the PB and cookies first came out. So good! Recommend the brand and this specific location, for their progressive values and hardcore nostalgia of Haight Street. Pints available at various grocers, Slayway currently has a buy five, get five free deal! Swoon! #Veganuary
Good ice cream and good service! Try Chico out the bit before it’s gone!

Ben n Jerry's is always strange to me on the west coast but it tastes the same as it does in Vermont so I'll take it! I love having a place from New England in the city!

On my way to work at UCSF this morning I was in the crosswalk with a green light at Stanyan and Page halfway through when I saw a Ben and Jerry's truck barreling towards me. I stopped short and the truck just sailed through the red light almost hitting me going well over the speed limit. I dont know what kind of person sees people in the crosswalk and a red light and thinks to themselves "Nah I dont feel like stopping". I will never eat Ben and Jerry's again. Go to Salt and Straw or Mitchells. Cole Valley has a really nice Ice Cream Bar, go there instead.

They have a few clearly labeled non-dairy scoop options. When I stopped by they had: - Non-Dairy (Oat Milk) Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough & Strawberry Cheezecake - Non-Dairy (Almond Milk) Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - Non-Dairy (Sunflower Butter) Colin Kaepernick’s Change the Whirled You can check their current offerings online. I tried the Oat Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and it was creamy and tasty. They are a little expensive, but given the location I was expecting that. They also have pints of non-dairy flavors to take along. For those not familiar with Ben & Jerry's - The brand is known for ice creams with chunks and swirls of things mixed into the ice cream, a mix of flavors and textures. If you're looking for smooth single-flavor vegan ice cream, you probably won't be able to get that here. This is a small shop. Seating is limited to a counter with bar stools that runs across the street-facing window. Fun for people-watching.
We were just charged $42 for four sugar cones with a single scoop each. Absolutely outrageous pricing. Though Ben and Jerry’s makes great ice cream, you’ll be far better served buying a pint (or four) at a grocery store than getting extorted at this location.
So many flavors to choose from! The staff are very friendly and will always give you a tasting sample of any flavors that you choose. Came here on vacation with my family and enjoyed to get some ice cream and sit inside while people watching. They have flavors that I have not seen in stores as well as cartons of ice cream you could buy and take home with you. They had dairy free and gluten-free options as well!
