Such a unique dining experience. Gorgeous views of the river, cool and quirky decor......you have to go! Food is delicious with fun specials. If you have allergies, they are super accommodating and knowledgeable. One of my favorite hamburgers...maybe ever. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Just had the absolute best time at Big Fish House! Not only was the food delicious - I had the incredible Omakase (19 items, 150$) while my friends had multiple rolls including double toro and the kumomoto oysters which were fantastic - but the entire experience was so fun! Julie is the owner and is pursuing her passion in cooking / sushi and provided all the pieces of sushi amazingly. Additionally Wendy, a longtime friend of Julie I learned, is so friendly and patient and provides great recommendations and drinks! The restaurant was always visited by regulars who knew the staff with open space and just great vibes. We stayed way longer than anticipated just because it was so fun - will definitely be back soon!!

Really great value for fresh quality! I might've found my newest go-to sushi spot! We were immediately seated on a Friday night and welcomed with a big smile by Wendy. Nice ambiance for a casual date. There's both bar seating (where you can watch the chefs make the sushi right in front of you) and tables. There's a variety of sake available. Double toro roll: Instantly melts in your mouth - an absolute must order! Jake's roll: Torched white tuna - very smooth, also highly recommend Dragon roll: My go-to at every sushi restaurant is the dragon roll. The one they make here is great because the tempura is freshly fried (and not sitting under a warmer), and it has a Panko crusting with a perfect density-- thin, but enough to create the perfect light crunch. The entire team was very attentive, checking in on us a healthy amount and constantly refilling our tea and quickly picking up our finished plates. The entire team was really sweet, adding special touches to help us celebrate an occasion. A very thanks to Wendy, Julie, and the rest of the team!

I was at this fine establishment last night and I had a great time! The service was excellent, the food and drinks were delicious, the facilities were clean. The toro roll was so good, our party ordered a second! I will most definitely be back!

Big Fish House in San Francisco hooked us with its top-notch fish and sleek, cozy vibes. Every nigiri bite was fresh and tasty, and the double toro roll lived up to the hype. The attentive staff kept our water glasses full and offered helpful recommendations, creating a comforting backdrop for our party. If you're a sushi or omakase enthusiast, Big Fish House is a must try!

We are new to the area and came here without much expectations but left very satisfied. We're so happy we found this spot because the sushi was delicious as well as service was so nice. Everything was reasonably priced as well. We got the assorted nigiri and one of the rolls and they were delicious, not fishy at all and melt in your mouth. The miso soup was also really good as well as their wakame salad. Julie the owner was so welcoming and kind, treated us like family!

Came with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. The fish quality was great. However, there were a few things that just made the experience poor. 1. Food took forever to come out. Waited 20-30 mins between each dish. When we were leaving, the tables after us still had little to no food. 2. Messed up our order not only once, but twice even after multiple people repeating themselves! 3. The food did not match the price we were paying. For rolls that average $20 each, you would expect more than just a piece of avocado and imitation crab. Also, double toro roll should be name toro roll as the inside was filled with regular salmon sashimi instead of toro as the name would suggest. 4. They added mandatory tip after we gave them our card to pay and no where in their restaurant or menu said so. I get it that most restaurants charge mandatory tip for large parties, however, it's deceiving when you provide us with a bill that has no tip included but change it later when you overhear us talking about our horrible experience. Overall experience was pretty poor. The only reason why I gave an additional star was due to the constant tea refills we got every other minute. Will not be coming back.
