We live around the corner from this popular Ramen Restaurant and we finally went in and tried their namesake dish. It was early for dinner' around 5:15PM, and the friendly waitress sat my wife and I in the window. We were both hungry after a day of hanging out at Baker Beach so my wife ordered the Spicy Fuku Red Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen and I had the traditional Fuku Tonkotsu Ramen. Went to Fuku Ramen on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty busy. There isn't much seating and all the tables were full however our party of 4 waited about 5-10 minutes until we were seated. They have tables on the larger side that I saw multiple parties splitting the table. The food was really good and definitely hit the spot for the weather. I had the red garlic tonkatsu. It was delicious, with a decent amount of spice. The gyoza was fried, with a crisp bottom and a soft top. Also pretty much as good as you can ask for.My girlfriend had the tonkatsu and described it as, “very tasty”.Overall 5/5 for the price.
