I really love the matcha latte here! It has a very fluffy and rich texture, much better than the ones I’ve had in London so far. The only downside is the WiFi seems super slow, and there are no plugs for any digital devices.

The lattes are decent but they don't offer decaf here. Service does a good job at attempting to best meet your needs with their limited menu. Prices are cheaper than not but coffee shops generally in SF also don't stay open late, even on the weekend.

Still delicious coffee in spite of the Nestlé evil overlords. If you have to support the devil you should at least get a tasty treat in exchange.

For some reason I feel like the latte tastes less good than other blue bottle stores in the area. The wait time is also longer, this place is also more crowded and messier. Pastries and matcha latte are great as usual.
Update: so I visited this store two weeks later and was super disappointed. First, when I told the staff that I wanted a scone but I saw a fly on it (it was literally lying on the scone), and she just carelessly replied “oh, sorry” and didn’t do anything about it. Then I ordered a matcha latte which was also carelessly prepared and there’s no latte art or anything (excuse me why would I pay $7 for something like that?). After I finished and headed out, the scone with the fly was still there. I’m never gonna come back.

Please for the love of god don't offer free WiFi if you're going to cheap out on it this bad. I'm getting 200 kbps. That's worse than a third world country. It literally took TEN MINUTES for me to search for your location on google and leave this review, because of how slow the WiFi is.

Unwelcoming staff was a red flag. I ordered an iced pour over, then got served a cold brew because "they don't do iced pour over". Why haven't they said that before charging and serving me?

The outdoor location often has smaller lines than indoor - but equally tasty coffee!

Great coffee, but the employees always seem pissed off to serve you. Like I feel I should apologize for invading their space to come in and pay for coffee. There seems to be very little value put on creating a positive and friendly interaction.

Went there on a weekday afternoon and the shot tasted slightly burnt even with all that milk, no art on any of the hot beverages and nothing remarkable about anything else. Had placed an online order ahead of time. Have tried this place on weekends as well and the coffee wasn’t great. For this price tag on the coffee there has to be some redeemable quality. :|

They really pay close attention to their espresso making process. This makes for consistently great tasting drinks. Thank you :)

Blue bottle coffee is the best. And their waffles are to die for.
