Great coffee, great service- not sure why the inside of this place smells like piss though. I’ve been coming here all week and every time- piss smell. Is this all the time? Seasonal?
Absolutely love this place! The matcha latte is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. I also tried the ginger shot, which packed a spicy punch but felt incredibly refreshing. The avocado toast? A total winner—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really knew their stuff, even during busy hours. Yes, it gets crowded at times, but that only proves how popular and consistent the quality...

The place was Kiyosumi-Shirakawa in Tokyo and the store was the 1st one in Japan. I heard the rumor the brand new 3rd wave coffee store, Blue Bottle Coffee, landed Japan.
After few years, at last I came here. The birth city of it.
