What an absolute treasure! Followed my GPS to a different coffee place but my nose led me to blue bottle coffee. My cherry blossom latte was delicious and watching them make it was even better.
When I first entered Blue Bottle Coffee in San Francisco, I had the impression that I had entered a minimalist sanctuary where each element was purposefully placed. Both the fresh pastry and the pour-over coffee I had were better than I could have imagined. The pastry was delightfully flaky and light, and the coffee was creamy, smooth, and loaded with flavour. Blue bottle coffee has always been one of my go to coffee spots in Los Angeles so we thought we would give this location a try. This location was seriously the best. I always get a oat milk latte and it never disappoints. We got the closing time mixed up and went right before closing but the staff were super welcoming and friendly.
